ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
After submitting your order, you will receive a payment invoice from Doll Files indicating the item purchase, quantity, total, discounts, and a reference number. After submitting payment, processing begins, and the order cannot be cancelled. If you have questions about cancelling an order, please contact us.
RETURNS
All Doll Files sales are final | non-refundable once your order has been completed - Delivered. This includes one-time payments. Customer does not agree to charge back any PayPal or card payment for any service.
DELAYED ORDERS
In the event of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. For delayed orders, please contact us first for the status of the item.
