ORDER AND CANCELLATIONS 
 
After your order is submitted, you will receive a payment Bill from Doll Files stating item purchasing, quantity, total, discounts and a Reference number. after submitting payment processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us. 
 
RETURNS 
 
All sales by Doll files are final | non-refundable once your order has been fulfilled - Delivered.  This includes, one-time payments. Customer agrees not to chargeback any PayPal, or card payments for any service. 
 
DELAYED ORDERS 
 
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund.  For delayed orders, please first contact for the item’s status.
